Review your photos before confirming
Sort your gallery at a familiar pace: keep, discard or favorite — one photo at a time.
A photo is never permanently deleted right away. Everything goes to a trash folder first, with a configurable retention period (30 days by default). For local photos the app uses Android's own system confirmation; connected OneDrive photos follow the confirmed app flow and Microsoft's provider bin.
Work through every gallery folder in a guided order, largest first — and find exact duplicate photos based on their content.
Move older photos into a tidy year/month archive structure without throwing anything away, and automatically rename photos by the date they were taken.
Build a photo album with your own layout, text and cover, and browse it like a real book.
Build a sorting streak and track your real progress — no fake gamification, just an honest overview. Secured albums (fingerprint/face unlock) and a few Plus features are available for anyone who wants more than the free basics.
External cloud storage: OneDrive
If you choose to connect OneDrive, PhotoBoekKeeper works directly with your selected cloud folder through Microsoft Graph. Only actions you confirm can copy, move, restore or delete cloud files. PhotoBoekKeeper never uploads your photos to its own BoekSolutions server. OneDrive is the first supported cloud provider; others may follow later.
- Signing in with Microsoft goes through Microsoft's own secure sign-in process.
- PhotoBoekKeeper never sees or stores your Microsoft password.
- You choose which specific files or folders the app may access.
The OneDrive connection is optional. Ads, purchases, and the optional OneDrive connection use the internet.
