1. Scope
This policy applies only to purchases of the following BoekSolutions apps made through Paddle: Sheet Set Batch Editor, Sheet Set Viewer and LibSync.
It does not cover other BoekSolutions products, free downloads or apps distributed through a different store or marketplace. Those are governed by the terms of the relevant provider.
2. One-off licence, no renewal
Each licence is a one-off purchase for one active computer. There is no yearly renewal and no restriction to a specific AutoCAD version.
3. Who you buy from
Paddle acts as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for these purchases. Your order, payment and receipt are handled by Paddle.
Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, as in force at the time of purchase, apply to the purchase and take precedence over any conflicting payment or refund provision in the BoekSolutions terms and conditions.
Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected by this.
4. How refunds are handled
BoekSolutions follows Paddle's refund policy and applicable mandatory law. We do not offer a separate money-back guarantee of our own.
Where no statutory right to a refund applies, a refund is discretionary and assessed case by case. Sending a request within 14 days is therefore not in itself a guarantee that a refund is granted.
5. Your statutory rights
Any applicable right of withdrawal and your rights in respect of software that is faulty or not as described remain in force.
Where an exception for digital content applies, it only applies if the statutory conditions for it are met, including your express prior consent where the law requires it.
For the rules, conditions and time limits that apply to your specific purchase, see Paddle's refund policy.
6. How to request a refund
Send your request through the support link in your Paddle receipt, or via paddle.net. Please include the order or receipt reference.
For technical questions about the software you can reach us at info@boeksolutions.nl. Technical support does not replace a refund request to Paddle.
7. After a refund
Once a purchase has been fully refunded, the licence connected to that purchase ends. Use of the software must stop and the software must be removed from the computer it was installed on.
