1. Support channels
Support is provided by email (info@boeksolutions.nl). Beta users have a direct line to the developer during the beta phase.
2. Response time
- Questions are normally answered within 1–2 working days.
- Critical bugs get priority.
- Outside office hours the response time may be longer.
3. Bugfixes
Reported bugs are logged and prioritised. Critical issues that block usage are resolved as soon as possible via a patch release.
4. Updates
- Patch updates (bugfixes) are free within the same major version.
- Minor updates with new features are part of an active update subscription.
- Major versions may carry an upgrade fee.
5. Compatibility
The Sheet Set Editor targets AutoCAD 2027 and Windows 10/11. Support for older AutoCAD versions is not guaranteed.
6. End-of-life
When a version goes out of maintenance, this is communicated at least six months in advance to active license holders.
