1. License grant
BoekSolutions grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software according to the purchased license form (per user, per workstation or per organisation).
2. Permitted use
- Use within your own organisation for internal operations.
- Installation on employee workstations, within license limits.
- Making backups of the installation and license code.
3. Prohibited use
- Redistribution, resale or sublicensing to third parties.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the software.
- Using license codes beyond the purchased user count.
4. Updates
BoekSolutions may release updates. When a license includes an update subscription, new versions are made available during the term.
5. Beta software
Beta versions are provided "as is". They are for evaluation and may contain bugs. Use in production is at the user's own risk.
6. Termination
Upon breach of this agreement BoekSolutions may revoke the use right immediately. The user must then remove the software from all systems.
