2. What data we process
- Contact details you share via forms or email (name, company, email).
- License details (name, company, license code, product).
- Technical logs from software activation, solely for license checks.
- Anonymised website analytics, if enabled.
3. Purposes
- Performing the agreement and providing support.
- Maintaining the customer relationship and sending product updates.
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. tax retention).
4. What we don't do
We don't sell data to third parties. The Sheet Set Editor never sends your project or DWG files to BoekSolutions servers; all edits happen locally.
5. Retention
Personal data is not kept longer than necessary. Accounting data has a legal retention period of seven years.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion and portability. Send a request to info@boeksolutions.nl.
7. Cookies
The website uses only functional cookies. Analytics cookies are enabled only after explicit consent.
